In the bustling borough of Haringey, tucked away in the heart of North London, lies a creative haven for photographers and artists alike. The Cotton Store and The Store Cupboard are two hidden gems that have been providing the perfect backdrop for photo shoots, unleashing the potential of visual storytelling, and capturing moments frozen in time.
The Cotton Store Studio is lauded for its ample space and adaptable layouts. Whether you're planning a fashion shoot, portraiture, or commercial photography, this studio caters to all genres. Its spacious interior allows for grand set designs, while the charming rustic elements create an intriguing backdrop for intimate portraits and vintage-themed shoots. Or, this space already comes fully dressed with a variety of backgrounds to choose from, making this an extremely versatile shoot space. There's a Parisian style veranda towards the back of the studio draped in greenery, one wall of the room is split between an industrial concrete wall and a warm, pink plastered wall. On the other side of the studio, there's a wood pannelled corner with a number of vintage props and furniture giving a distinct vintage feel, as well as a painted brick wall.
This shoot location has an abundance of natural light flooding in from the skylights, but also has the option to be fully blacked out if needed. Also included within the hire is use of the good sized kitchen, cosy green room with two hair and make up desks, office space and two parking spaces on site.
Located just a stones throw away from The Cotton Store, is the equally as charming studio, The Store Cupbaord. The Store Cupboard Studio embraces a bohemian vibe with its eclectic mix of vintage furniture, colourful fabrics, and quirky props. This artistic mishmash of items creates a visually captivating ambiance, perfect for conceptual shoots, artistic projects, and thematic compositions. The studio's slightly smaller size fosters a sense of intimacy, allowing photographers to forge a deeper connection with their subjects, resulting in evocative and emotionally charged photographs. This location is also the perfect space for cookery, lifestyle or food shoots as it boasts a fully functioning kitchen with moveable island.
