The Wonderful Windows of Studios

7th December 2023

You might find yourself questioning how interesting windows can actually be. Based on our selection of studios with Character Windows, the answer is a lot! We have studios with a surprisingly wide-ranging selection of window styles, from more modern, architecturally unique designs to the more classical styles such as crittall. As well as brightening our wonderful studio shoot spaces, these Character Windows bring just that to their surroundings: plenty of character.

One of our modern studios, Hawley Rooftops, is defined by its architecturally special Character Windows. The windows wind around the interior studio space, leading to the exterior balcony and letting plenty of light into the shoot space. The jagged design at the top of each window adds a unique spin on this sleek studio location.

The Character Windows at another of our modern studios, Studio Spaces in Wapping, has a more conventional shape, but its floor-to-ceiling design ensures it looks just as sleek as Hawley Rooftops, with a similarly lovely bright and white shoot space.

Alternatively, you might prefer the more classic crittall windows of The Depository in Stoke Newington. These special Character Windows flood the warehouse studio with light, complimenting the stylish shabby chic interior of exposed brickwork and wooden floors perfectly. Despite being so popular, crittall windows can still provide an extra edge and style to your shoot.

The Spratts Factory in Limehouse seems like a mixture of all of these Character Windows: crittall in design, but almost floor-to-ceiling in height. This special studio apartment space is showered in glorious light, with the large Character Windows adding a unique edge to this already stunning space. The windows, like many others in our studios, can also be blacked out upon request.

The wonderful windows of Amazing Space Studios aren't just limited to these four locations. Take a look at our full list of Character Windows here; they may just define your next shoot!
