Housed in a stunning converted Victorian school, Siobhan Davies Studios has several versatile spaces available to hire for dance rehearsals, events, meetings, corporate functions and conferences in South London. We have our large Roof Studio and Research Studio, as well as two smaller meeting spaces and a living area.

Previous clients have used the spaces for filming, photoshoots, auditions, interviews, board meetings, conferences, festivals, product launches, networking events, charity fundraisers and more.

Our venue is conveniently located in Zone 1 and is well connected to all areas of London and other parts of the UK, making us an easily accessible location for new visitors.

We can provide AV equipment, Wi-Fi and catering from trusted suppliers to ensure your event runs smoothly. We have a small kitchen with basic appliances. We can also provide additional technical advice and support.

Well connected to public transport and fully accessible, we provide the perfect location for dance rehearsals near Central London. We have two studio spaces available, each offering subsidised rates depending on your circumstances and funding status, making us one of the most fairly priced studios in London!

Roof Studio - 16.5m x 12m = 200m²
Sitting at the top of the building is our largest dance studio, the Roof Studio. With its curved ceiling and large windows it makes the perfect location for large groups, rehearsals, classes and performances.


Research Studio - 12.7m x 6.5m = 80m²
This flexible space with its white walls and large windows is a blank canvas waiting to be transformed to your needs. Smaller than the Roof Studio, it provides a more intimate setting popular for yoga or pilates classes but is ideal for all dance rehearsals, classes and workshops too.

Please note: Audio and lighting equipment are available in both rooms and additional equipment can be hired as necessary. Please note that neither of our studios are equipped with barres or mirrors.
