The Organ Factory is the former workshop of Mander Organs, one of Britain's most celebrated pipe organ restorers and builders.

The Main Hall, (1,800 sq/ft): a breath-taking space ideal for events and film productions alike, equipped with 3 phase power and a full lighting rig housing 20 x 13A sockets.

With a total length of over 15m x 9m and a construction height of 4.5m, easy ground floor access, full blackout or daylight, an onsite electric scissor lift, this quiet space is great for set builds. Adjoining the south facing Main Hall is the Voicing Shop, a beak-out space, perfect for hair and makeup, or additional working area included when hiring the Main Hall.

A convenient loading bay with double access doors for load in, and a Production Office on the mezzanine level. Accessible via an original iron spiral staircase, this lends itself as an ideal client area or catering to the diverse needs of your creative endeavours.

The Main Hall has an integrated high powered Bluetooth speak system, super fast Wi-Fi internet as well as ethernet port access to our high speed optical fibre internet connection.

Production Office: Also included with the hire of the Main Hall is a small production office situated on the mezzanine. This quiet space has been sound proofed to allow clients or production an area to work or make calls whilst production is ongoing. There is a small window to set and a large window looking out to the car park and church yard.

The Annex Kitchen (650 sq ft): Next to the Main Hall is The Annex Kitchen. A fully serviced kitchen, ready to meet the culinary demands of your event or food shoots. The space is versatile, allowing for removal of the kitchen equipment for longer productions, to create an area for set builds or other creative installations. Powered with 63A 3P power and plenty of space.

Private Car Park (4500 sq ft): The site offers a sizable private car park, ensuring convenient access for your tech vehicles, crew, and attendees.

The car park also offers as an additional shooting area for external lighting into the studios as well as electric charging for vehicles.
